At Pacific Formulations, we keep shipping simple, fast, and reliable. Orders are packed and shipped from our California facility with care, so your products arrive in great condition and ready to use.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout. While most orders arrive within standard carrier timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier volume.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
